Comprises a competence framework for those working in a self-certification scheme (previously known as competent person scheme) in England and Wales, setting out the necessary skills, knowledge, experience and behaviours required. Covers: development of the competence criteria within sector specific annexes; other general requirements of the business; competent person scheme operator requirements and assessment of business competence; and consumer protection.
