Abstract
The Norton Folgate site, comprising three urban blocks within the Elder Street Conservation Area, bridges the City of London and Shoreditch. This masterplan rejuvenates vacant or under-used buildings, enhancing the public realm through a building-by-building approach of restoration, refurbishment, extension, remodelling, and façade retention.
