Abstract

Sets out the National Infrastructure Commission's analytical framework for assessing procurement models set out in the National Infrastructure Assessment. The framework aims to develop insights into the merits and shortcomings of procurement models, so could be used by public bodies to analyse the costs and benefits of procurement models they use. Presents results from a pilot application of the analytical framework which used data from five road projects delivered by private financing and traditional procurement.
