Abstract
Looks at the resistance of stainless steel cross-sections, using the deformation based design approach of continuous strength method (CSM). Applicable to compression and bending resistances of I-sections and rectangular hollow sections and covers material modelling, cross-section deformation capacity, cross-section compression resistance, and cross-section bending resistance.
