Abstract

Concerns the transformation of an end-of-terrace Victorian building that was subdivided and overdeveloped. The project, called Dartmouth Park House, originally planned to renovate the ground floor that was previously devoid of light but evolved into a full property redevelopment to create a lighter spacious home over four levels. Areas covered include building appraisal and working detail. Architect: AY Architects.
