Abstract

This project lead to two buildings being constructed which are connected by a shared basement. These provide office space covering 12 storeys, 100 residential units, flexible A1 and A3 retail space, a substation, public spaces and car parking within a basement for 156 vehicles. Areas covered include: building appraisal, working detail, architect's view and engineer's view. Architect: Lynch Architects.
