Abstract

Relates to the Water resources act 1991 (amendment) (England and Wales) regulations 2009. SI 2009/3104, which amend certain provisions of the Water Resources Act 1991 in order to implement requirements of the Water Framework Directive to improve the water quality of water bodies by, in particular, the control of diffuse pollution and the protection and improvement of the hydromorphological quality elements of such bodies.
