Abstract

The NHBC Standards give the technical requirements, performance standards and guidance for the design and construction of dwellings acceptable to NHBC. Included here: Chapter 2.1 Concrete and its reinforcement and Chapter 2.3 Timber preservation (natural solid timber).

This document is part of a larger document, NHBC Standards 2008, which has been split into parts for ease of use. Parts 3 and 10 are no longer allocated and do not appear in the volume. Came into effect 1 September 2008. Superseded by 2010 update from 1 April 2010.
