Abstract

Agreement between an employer and a works contractor relating to a Scottish management contract 1999 edition and a Scottish works contract (works contract/1/Scot and works contract/2 1999 edition).

Document History

This revision incorporates JCT Amendment 2 and Clause to incorporate the Scottish arbitration code (1999 edition). This revision also alters Clause 9A.8.1 and deletes Clause 9A.8.4. (March 2001) and revises Clauses 2.10 and 4.46 (January 2002).
