Refurbishment and extension of Victoria Hall, Stoke-on-Trent. New foyer and backstage areas. Foyer facades in glass with vandal-resistant concrete resin blocks lower down and terracotta above. Refurbishment of the concert hall and auditorium spaces. Working details of a glazed and barrel-vaulted roof. Cost analysis. Architects: Levitt Bernstein Associates.
