Abstract

Joseph Rowntree Foundation is championing the idea of lifetime homes, and its immediate target is the current revision of Part M of the Building Regulations. The housing is for moderately disabled who can still live in their existing homes. Existing schemes exist in Italy, Denmark, the Netherlands and Sweden.
